On completing the 11 classroom sessions, teachers and students have noticed significant improvements in: - Cooperation and teamwork, - Conflict resolution skills, - Relationships with peers, teachers and parents, - Ability to manage difficult situations, - Self-esteem and coping skills.

“My oldest daughter took the iHeart course over a couple of months with Daniela and it has made such a difference to how she approaches situations that she finds difficult. Her confidence improved and she has been able to take control over her own well-being. Daniela is such a warm and empathetic person and she very quickly developed a bond with my daughter…”

“My 15-year-old daughter did the iheart - 12 sessions program with Daniela, and the results were amazing! The most incredible part is that it genuinely improved her health because it made her happy. These days, everything seems to be about mental illness… but this program goes beyond just promoting mental health—it does it through happiness…”
