One to One Mindfulness for Children & Families
1 to 1 Mindfulness for Children & Families - 6-Week Mindfulness Journey for Families with children 7 to 14 years old .
One-to-One, in person, tailored sessions and bespoke mindfulness journey for you and your child unique needs.
What’s Included:
Initial Family Consultation (30-45mins video call) . We begin with a conversation to understand your child’s needs, family dynamics and together we will set meaningful goals.
Six Weekly 1:1 Sessions (50–60 min) in person : Tailored mindfulness practices specifically for your child’s age and needs. Each session builds on the last an includes breathing and grounding techniques, emotional awareness, mindful movement and listening, gratitude and kindness, calming strategies, coping skills, positivity and confidence, etc.
Parent Support: You’ll receive simple tools and tips to help bring mindfulness into daily family life .
Resources: All sessions have activities and games and all materials and resources are included

Group Mindfulness for Children & Families
6 Week Mindfulness Sessions for Children and Parents.
Fun and interactive Mindfulness sessions created specifically for kids aged 7 to 10 years old or 11 to 14 years old with Parents.
Maximum of 10 participants group

Six Weekly Sessions (60 min) in person : Mindfulness practices and techniques that can help children to navigate the challenges of everyday life with ease and grace. I will guide participants through various mindfulness practices including breathing and grounding techniques, emotional awareness, mindful movement and listening, gratitude and kindness, calming strategies, coping skills, positivity and confidence, etc.
Parent Support: You’ll receive simple tools and tips to help bring mindfulness into daily family life .
